STRENGTH AND BALANCE exercises with a physiotherapist
The human body responds well to exercise and the resulting health benefits are many. Exercise is essential for maintaining flexibility, mobility, bone density, muscle mass and balance, as well as many other benefits including higher levels of health and well-being and improved cognitive function.
It is a well known fact that it becomes increasingly more difficult to maintain muscle mass and bone density as life progresses. The old adage ‘use it or lose it’ really does apply here!
At Core Connection, I will help you to improve your strength, mobility and balance, aiming for better health and well-being now and into the future. The exercises can be modified for different abilities, so I can tailor a program to meet your individual needs. My exercise programs are safe and beneficial for those with low bone density.
Morning and evening classes are held in Doncaster East and Warrandyte. I also offer a more personalised approach in your own home if preferred.
